All items are posted with Royal Mail special delivery, this is an insured service so we can make sure nothing gets lost and nobody looses out.. The standard postage cost for everything is £5.

International shipping

International postage is sent with Royal Mail on their tracked services where possible.

Returns

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase so please get touch if you would like to discuss a return. Custom made products cannot be returned. Preloved pieces are sold as seen, they are non-returnable. If there are issues please get in touch.

Preloved Jewellery

Items should be worn with care. If any damage occurs after the product has been received I cannot be held responsible, due to the age of the rings they can be more fragile so should be looked after carefully.
