UK shipping

All UK items are posted with either Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is an insured service so we can make sure nothing gets lost and nobody looses out. They will be dispatched as soon as possible for pieces that are ready to go, bespoke pieces will be shipped when they are ready. I will always try and keep you up to date and let you know when your piece is ready.

International shipping

International postage is sent with the best available service. US is generally a 2 day UPS service. They will be dispatched as soon as possible for pieces that are ready to go, bespoke pieces will be shipped when they are ready. I will always try and keep you up to date and let you know when your piece is ready. Any customs fees are unfortunately out of my control as they are sent to you, the customer and I am not made aware of them. As far as I am aware I currently haven’t seen any changes with the new US tariffs.

Returns

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase so please get touch if you would like to discuss a return. Custom made products cannot be returned. Preloved pieces are sold as seen, they are non-returnable. If there are issues please get in touch.

Preloved Jewellery

Items should be worn with care. If any damage occurs after the product has been received I cannot be held responsible, due to the age of the rings they can be more fragile so should looked after with care.
